An elegant touch
The must, obtained from a very soft pressing of the grapes, is subjected to an initial fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 º C. The base wine is then sparkling in an autoclave according to the traditional Charmat method.
The aroma is pleasantly intense, fruity and aromatic, with notes of jasmine and ripe golden apples.
In the mouth it is very balanced and elegant, moderately sweet with nuances of honey.
